CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! Somerfield Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange of size, colour or style.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I EXCHANGE?
We accept exchanges on all of our products, except those marked with 'Final Sale’. Final sale items cannot be returned, no exceptions. Any Final Sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery.
HOW DO I ORGANISE MY EXCHANGE?
IS MY EXCHANGE ELIGIBLE?
For an exchange to be processed, eligible products can be returned within 14 days of the date you received your parcel providing the product is in original condition. That is, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, odour-free, with all tags and sanitary labels attached. Somerfield Swim reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic credit note which can then be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred bikini.
PREPARING YOUR ITEM FOR EXCHANGE:
Great love & care has been taken to ensure your bikini arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is folded neatly in original packaging keeping all labelling flat & undamaged. The cost involved in returning an item to Somerfield Swim will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. For your own peace of mind we recommend you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation and consider using registered post to track your item. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE:
Once your return has undergone a quality control check, our returns team will inspect your items and determine whether exchange will be offered in accordance with our policy. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays.
